These are very tasty. I used to make them all the time with pb and tried it yesterday with soybutter and it worked great.
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. soybutter
1 TB butter
3 cups cornflakes
Bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in the soybutter and the butter and pour over cornflakes. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool.
