Just went to Shaw's Crabhouse (downtown Chicago one), and I was very impressed with them. Very helpful, they actually have to fill out an "allergies" card and run it by a manager the moment anyone mentions they have an allergy (without me having to ask). That card is given to the chef and they will ok/decline your food choice.

It was the first time I ate out since diagnosed ana to PN/TN (1.5 months ago), and I actually enjoyed eating! Food was great, was a little stressful. A little expensive, but if you are looking for a nice meal you can feel safe here.

I guess they are able to prepare certain foods for SF/Fish allergies too...impressive.
