Subject: RE: Food Allergies

Dear Ms. Robertson,

Thank you very much for the information you sent on food allergies. Shari's does have very thorough and strict procedures for food handling, preventing cross-contamination, etc. We also maintain a Food Allergy Handbook and a Food Service Standards manual at each Shari's location for customers to view if they have questions about our menu items and their ingredients.

However, I will still be forwarding this email to our Training Department and Research and Development VP's for them to view and take under consideration.

Sincerely,

Kristen Grant
