I spoke with the people at Sesame Place in Pennsylvania and they said they have no peanuts or peanut oil anywhere in the park. I specifically asked about the ice cream shops and she said that it is nowhere. I asked about the pizza and french fries, and she said, "none." Is this too good to be true? Thanks for your advice!

I can't honestly tell you that it is 100% peanut free as we have not been in about 4 yrs. However, I grew up about 30 minutes from Sesame Place, but now we live in TX. I took my son 4 yrs ago and he LOVED it. I am hoping to go back within the next 2 yrs! I hope you enjoy.

Yes we went last year and have already booked times to go in July and August this year. They have no peanuts, nuts, or oils anywhere. It was the best vacation- it's 85% or so a water park. It was great. We are heading down July 5th. You can also bring a cooler and come in and out of the park to eat your lunch, they have picnic tables outside the park.

I have not taken my children to Sesame Place yet.
Just an FYI: Last year I heard a terrible story on the news about the cleanliness of their water (it is a water park) and just today I met a mom who told me that her child was hospitalized for 4 days after contracting some type of bacteria from this place!
Just remember to be careful of the water and stay safe!!

Just go back- love this place! I could stay all day. No PB & J but the food for kids way expensive probable because you get a elmo heat case that your food is in but 6.29 for a hot dog and fries for a kid? We brought our own food the other days- goodtime though!
