school lunches

our school lunch program states that it is peanut/nut free but also includes the statement that "they cannot guarentee that their food/products have not come into contact with nuts. Last year in Kindergarten, it wasn't a big deal, but he wants to buy this year on Pizza and chicken nugget day...What would you do?
