Can anyone tell me or give me a link explaining how to clean baking pans. I have a newly diagnoised peanut allergy child and was hoping to keep my current pans rather than buying new ones. Also, how do i know if the pans from restaurants and our school are being cleaned properly. Is there a procedure for cleaning i can suggest or a printed document i can give them?
