Does anyone know where to purchase safe sunflower and sesame seeds. I have some great home granola bar recipes but they all seem to include one of these 2 things. I'm trying to get some omega-6 fatty acids in my daughter's diet (found in nuts which she can't have and fish which I can't get her to eat).
