okay guys..i'm sure my answers to these questions are out there already, but i've already combed through PAGES of past posts and with 2 little guys running around here driving me nuts(no pun intended), i just don't have the time to thumb through all the information..

i'm looking for a peanut/nut free soy nut...any out there?

also, any safe frozen french fries with no egg, peanut, wheat, or dairy?
thanks for any and all help...

oh, and also, anyone have any issues with canola oil? ds seems to be okay with it so far!

"Alphatots" are what I consume all of the time with no problem. I'm PN/TN allergic and have celiac disease. I'm pretty sure they're also egg free!
They have a web site if you need to research it further:
I hope that this helps!

Safe soynuts--we get them from Sungold (where we buy Sunbutter).
They have trail mix made with soynuts, too--with dried fruit or chocolate.

I get french fries frozen....from a company that starts with an A
I get them at Whole Foods or QFC (owned by Kroger)
It's Alexia and they list on the package what other allergens are in the same faciliy...I know for nuts it was only Pine Nuts which are ok for me. I am not worried about any xcontam except peanut.
DS liked the fries.
Here is their website
I hope you find something that will work for you.
