In addition to the 'safe foods list', I also give my phone # and encouraged any parent to call me if they have a question on any particular food. This worked out quite well last year when my daughter was in Kindergarten.

HA HA! Thanks Cindy, I will copy it off for the school...your comment about cramming it down their throat reminded me of my sister. Laken was doing her homework the night she found out about the "no christmas party because of Laken" comment was made and there was a sentence on the paper that said "Peanut butter is very good" and my sister said she should cram the paper down the teachers throat and tell her Laken can't do it because it has *peanut butter* on it.
