Does anyone know a safe brand of organic milk? We have been using Horizon no problems after making phone calls but now I am reading that it is not safe! Any safe organic milk around?

I am curious about this myself. I emailed the makers of Silk several weeks ago but have not received a reply.

I've never called but we mostly use Full Circle and my son has had tons of it (and Horizon and other brands) with no problem.

I just got off the phone with Horizon.
I spoke with Mitsy and she states that their entire line is nut free peanut free except their peanut butter ice cream that is made on its own lane as she states. She states that Silk Soy is also made by them and that it is also PN/TN safe at this time.
She said that I could email here and they will give me a statement in writing which I will post here as soon as I receive.

She said that yes the milk is peanut free and they test about every 15 minutes, but that they have about 20 packaging centers and she does not know what other products are packaged there. But that they clean their lines. I am so confused about all this bologna that companies give!!!

I've never considered that milk could be unsafe, but I see the point. We've used Stoneyfield organic fat free exclusively for about 3 years (we go through at least 2 gallons a week). And my 4 year old daughter (PA, egg, tree nut allergies) drinks it like water. She's never had any issues whatsoever.
I also prefer Stoneyfield over Horizon because it has less of a "taste." I found Horizon to have a strong flavor and scent. I didn't want to drink it!

Have you called on the Stoneyfield organic?
Has anyone ever used The homestead creamery?
