The following web site has a list of peanut free commercial foods available in New Zealand. But I would still read the label before purchasing any of the recommended foods.

This web site also has lists of safe foods for the other major allergens.

"These food lists of Peanut Free Commercial Foods have been compiled from data supplied by Food Manufacturers.

While every care has been taken to ensure that information is accurate, product ingredients can change without notice and human errors can occur. The Manufactured Food Database (MFD), the Auckland District Health Board and the New Zealand Ministry of Health accept no liability for any inaccuracies that may occur.

For the purposes of the Peanut Free list foods have been excluded which contain peanuts and all ingredients derived from peanuts.

Products produced by companies other than those listed may be appropriate for inclusion on a Peanut Free list but we have not been supplied with relevant data.

Any change in products and new data that is supplied to us during the year will be updated on the website and we urge that users review these listings."
