Any safe or off limits fast food restaurants? I heard Chick Fillet cooks everything in peanut oil. I also asked Burger King the other day about their fries and she said no peanut oil for them. She seemed like she had been asked that before. Thanks! Shan

This is a very difficult question as even some fast food restaurants vary from one region to another.

Hi Shan
Here in South Texas, I trust McDonalds and Wendy's. However, this may vary per region. Good Luck, Debbie

Thanks Coco, Debbie, and Les. I didn't even think about it being different from one area to another. I also have looked up some web sites. Shan

FYI regarding Burger King. I posted info on a story I read in USA Weekend that BK is going to introduce by the end of the year a deep-fried hamburger and deep-fried pb&j snack for those people "on the go." That means BK will be off limits for all of us here. My two cents - YUCK!

Oh no-that sucks! BK is the only fast food place that is both safe and that my kids will eat from. I think I'll call my local one and beg them not to have those.
