I thought this might be a good idea for a thread. If you know of a safe restaurant in an airport, post the airport and terminal - if you know it - but do a separate post for each airport so it's easier to find.
Edited to add: Posting restaurants here doesn't mean they're 100% safe. You should also ask at each restaurant to make sure that YOU consider it PA-safe.

DEN (Denver International)
There's a Burger King upstairs in the main terminal.
ATL (Atlanta)
There's a Dominos in the food court on 'A' Concourse.
'B' concourse didn't have anything I felt was 'safe'.
AKL (Auckland, New Zealand)
There's a McDonalds in the international terminal. Small terminal - easy to find.
DFW (Dallas) - I think it's concourse B (American concourse), the 2 Wendy's use canola oil and I consider them safe. The Chili's and Chili's Express in that concourse use peanut oil (last time I asked was 6 months ago), they told me it was the "refined" one.

PHX - (Phoenix Sky Harbor)
There is a Burger King past security by the higher 'C' gates (C11 and higher, I think) in terminal 4. These gates service Southwest flights.
DFW--I'm posting links to the restaurant pages for DFW Terminals.

SJU-San Juan PR. The McDonald's there wouldn't sell me anything after I showed them my Spanish translation card. From what I could understand, they must fry in peanut oil.
DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) Terminal D-International
Tigin's Irish Pub and Restaurant. Fabulous! The waitress took my PA very seriously. She fetched the Chef - who checked into every ingredient for me.
BWI Baltimore, Maryland. In the concourse that services Southwest and quite a few other airlines, there are four or five fast food places including a McDonalds. There is also a Quiznos there, but I couldn't remember if it is a safe restaurant.

Yes - Quiznos is safe for PA and TNA. At one point they were testing a 'toasty PB&J' on the kids menu...but that is now gone.
One of my local Quiznos is run by a man who has a severe tree nut allergy. I've spoken with him, and it's all safe
I do believe they have a sesame seed bread though.
Quizno's is my 'fallback' lunch place since Subway serves those darned PB cookies that get crumbs and residue everywhere!
