Last week, our headstrong 16-year-old son had a run-in with a cookie containing peanuts. It was the first such incident in ~8 years.
Fortunately, he was able to get to his EpiPen and self-administer, before heading (via ambulance) to the hospital for an overnight stay.
This event underscores the need for our boy to always have a couple of EpiPens handy.
He's an avid skier, and so we're looking for something that's robust.

Epipen Carriers for food allergic teens could be a challenge to find. I recommend my sons favorites which are the undergarment no buckles WaistPal iwhich is the best Epipen carrier to wear while doing sports. The Legbuddy leg holster that can be discreetly worn under the pants is also very popular. These epipen carriers are available at concealedepipen.com, epicarriers.com, and omaxcare.com. Best M
