Rast testing and IGE levels

For all you experts out there...
If you take all peanuts and peanut products out of your diet will
IGE levels naturally go down on RAST testing and up again if peanuts are again eaten.
My son's RAST results went from a high 4 to a
low 2 after 6 weeks of being peanut free.
