I am so thrilled to learn that my son will be playing in a youth hockey tournament in Montreal next weekend. I have never been to Canada and I am looking forward to bringing home some candy treats!
Are all these Nestle cand products readily available? Are there any other special treats for my dd that you would recommend that are sold only in Canada.
Thanks so much!
Denise

Hi Momofjen,
I'm in Montreal. It's a great city! (not that I'm biased or anything )
Absolutely you may purchase Nestle chocolates here. At any convenience store, drug store, grocery, wherever...
Feel free to ask me any specific questions abot the city. I'll try and answer as best I can.

Is Chapman's Ice Cream available, or is that only in Ontario?

I'm too tired to remember, but there is an ice cream made in Ontario that is peanut free, and available at Loblaws. It's all organic too. Very expensive but very good.
Otherwise, there's Lambert Ice cream, available almost everywhere. They have brown "boxes" that are exposed to peanuts and nuts, but the blue ones (vanilla or caramel) are safe.
