Called 3/18 at 1 800-431-7678 and talked to Cathy. Honey Bunches of Oats are run on the same line as HBOO with almonds. (My neighbors are making such a windfall on this. I keep bringing over sacks of "contaminated" goods.) She could only answer questions on specific cereals and not quote any general policies or codes for nut free facilities. My impression was that Post is not as allergy aware...or allergy proactive as Kellogg. Just my own subjective opinion!

Julia...wow thanks for your post. My son reacted to Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds when my husband gave it to him since it was not peanut. Slight misunderstanding on his part. I now know not to give him the plain Honey Bunches of Oats! Thanks!
