I KNOW THAT SOMEONE ALREADY MENTIONED THAT THE RICOTTA WAS NOT SAFE BUT I CALLED ON THE MOZZERELLA AND WAS TOLD THAT IF IT DID HAVE ANY CROSS CONTAMINATIONS IT WOULD BE LISTED .. ANYONE STILL USING THIS OR HAVE ANY THOUGHTS . THANK YOU KATHY ANN

Hmmm...perhaps I haven't been surfing enough lately. I haven't read about this but will have to do a search. I usually use Sorrento (ricotta) with no problems, and use store brand or Kraft mozzarella when I'm not in the mood to make my own.
