pHi. I just found out that I am pregnant and need help finding prenatal vitamins that do not contain any nut oils. Someone already warned me about Prenate GT which of course is what my doctor prescribed. I have looked all over the internet and my doctors are searching too. I can't possibly be the first woman allergic to peanuts that has been pregnant. Please help me with any info! Thank you so much!/p

I used Stuarts brand prenatal vitamins - I got them at CVS. Call before you use them, but I believe they are peanut free.

First of all, congratulations! Pregnancy is such a magical, wonderful time!
I used GNC (general nutrition center's) prenatal formula (without iron, I have a problem with too much iron but they do make a regular "with iron" formula too). I do not see any nut oils listed, but you may want to call to be sure of course.
Good luck!

I didn't know about Prenate GT. That's what I took (it's my son who's PA). Does it actually list a peanut ingredient? Sometimes people mention products to avoid, then I'll look at the labels and don't see anything wrong. Is this a contacting the company sort of thing? I'll be sure to remember this information when pregnant again.

Thank you so much for responding so quickly! I am going to the doctor tomorrow and I will mention both these names. I can't thank you enough for giving me a lead. For the two who responded about Stuarts and GNC are you the one allergic to PA, like me? Just wondering? --Kim
