I just got my first box of them today at Costco. They were doing a demo on them too - the boys were so excited, they usually don't get to eat any of the demo foods, so they actually got to eat something that the ladies had for them, then on top of it I put this big box of them in the cart! You should have seen the looks on their faces

Stay Informed And Peanut Free!
I have given up on my local stores carrying Philly Swirl. I've asked them both and talked to Alex on the phone about both, but they still don't have them. The nearest store that does have them is 45 min away and we rarely go to that town. When we do, we don't have time to get frozen stuff because we generally don't go straight home. Luigi's now has swirly treats so I guess we'll have to settle for them, even though I like philly swirl better.

I bought two boxs each of the cups and the stix yesterday and the joy they brought to my son yesterday was priceless!
They have my loyalty, I'll buy as many as I can afford every week, simply for the happy face and for the support of this awesome company!
Thanks for bringing this product to our attention...And thank you Alex for caring enough for our kids to give them a little piece of happiness they seldom get when it comes to snacks!

THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you who have so many great things to say about Max and I and our products. If everyone out there continues to exert this much effort to educate and inform the grocery store managers and their corporate about the 4+ million people with the PEANUT/TREENUT allergy, Max and I can continue to do what we know best and that is to stay away from PEANUT/TREENUTS!!! Please believe me, I would really like to leave the PEANUTS for our competition to deal with!!!!! I know that I have mentioned this before, but PLEASE!!! call me at any "reasonable" eastern standard time and I would be happy to hear some comments and suggestions. My direct (cell phone) number is 813.477.41.59 and my TOLL-FREE office number is 1877.379.47.57. My email address is ALEX@PHILLYSWIRL.COM. In the last few months I have spoken to approximately 300-400 parents who have children with the PEANUT/TREENUT allergy so therefore, if you do the math, I have approximately 3,999,600+ parents to speak with ASAP!!! Now my wife and I have to figure out what products contain soy and dairy and get rid of all of them or else our ZACHARY is NOT a happy camper!!! I look forward to hearing from all/some of you out there!!!
Sincerely,
Alex Plotkin-owner/co-founder

I have personally talked to Alex 3 times over the last 4 days and I have to say he is the NICEST man and seems to be well educated about allergies thanks to this website and members.
After much investigating, we have found that their products ARE soy free (in addition to being pn/tn and some are dairy free). My daughter had her first sorbet stick over the weekend and she was so happy she was GIDDY and giggling the whole time she ate it! I could have cried!
Alex did mention that by mid-winter of this year they may be introducing a crunch type product into their ice-creams and that may/may not change the pn/tn free status. I am praying that he finds a distributer that has safe cookies without pn traces. He clearly stated that he cannot in good conscious say that all the products are "safe" for pn/tn allergic kids if they share the same manufacturing plant with his other Philly Swirl products.
PLEASE ALEX...don't add anything that has nut traces to your current line! If you have too, I guess I will stock up on your safe products between now and this coming winter.
Requesting items really does work! We now have Philly Swirl at our local Kroger store! YEAH!
We purchased our first boxes of Philly Swirl and our 2 1/2 year old PA ds and our 15 mo old probably PA dd loved them. As dh and I are used to "ice cream" they were not the end all for us,but we will adjust as I will not have anything unsafe in the house. I personally was most impressed with the phudge flavor.
As our kids also seem to react to a lot of food coloring I was impressed that they are still rash free and have had the treats twice already. I will say that being a former preemie mom and worrying enough about how well the ds is oxygenating himself, I could live without the blue dye. His lips were so blue I had to keep checking his nail beds to make sure he was okay the first time he tried the new treat. But then I'm probably paranoid... Look forward to seeing them put out more "ice cream" type products that are safe,in the meantime we are GRATEFUL to have these available and we'll keep spreading the word.
Dear Wendysco, SaraO, Maddiesmom, Cam's Mom, gw_MOM3, spudberry, M'smom, tcperrine, marina_twinmom, etc., etc., etc.,!!!!!
Thank you so much to all of you and MANY, MANY others!!!! We're still doing everything we can to stay peanut/tree nut-free, but I will be honest with you, IT'S getting HARDER & HARDER!!! We're actually working on two brand new concepts, one of which includes an ice cream sandwich!! Once again, to anyone out there who has any questions, comments, or suggestions please feel free to call me at the numbers that I have listed below, OR CALL ME COLLECT!!! AT THIS TIME, We really need all the advice that we can get!!! I have listed both my direct cell phone number as well as our TOLL-FREE number. Please give my numbers out to any parent out there that can help us!! I have heard hundreds of moms continue to say to me that they did not want to bother me!!! YOU ARE NOT BOTHERING ME!!!! As I have stated numerous times, my wife and I have a 13 month old son Zachary who seems to be leaning more & more toward the same allergies that all of your loved ones possess. Think of this as a CRY FOR HELP!!!! HELP US STAY PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE!!!!! I always here at your service!!
Sincerely,

They have sorbet, ice cream sandwiches and ice pops. There may be more products, but these I have tried. They are made in a nut free environment. I spoke with the co-owner of the company. He is dedicated to food allergy sufferers and very nice. Please try these products so we can keep them in business a long time. It is so nice to be able to buy an ice cream sandwich that is safe for our kids. They have great flavors too, not just plain vanilla and choc!
