My family and I went to Disney last summer... They were great witht he food allergies... we have been on a Disney cruise as well!

Thanks so much for posting the Disney info.
We are in the midst of planning a Disney trip in Nov so your info was great.
My DS's name is Matthew. He is the "Matthew" who wrote to your son on his blog.
I can't wait to show him his response tomorrow! He will get a kick out of it!

Disney World is a great place to go for a vacation for people with food allergies. The chefs will come to your table and discuss your options with you, and they seem to make an extra effort to make sure that your food is safe and appetizing. We go there every year!
