Cherry Brook Farms makes cake/cookie mixes (I think frosting, muffins, pancakes, etc.) that are both gluten-free & peanut-free.
If you google, you'll find the website you can order from.

I am sure that I looked at those but am thinking that they had dry milk in them and we are also avoiding dairy and egg too. We are just doing this (please please) for two months.
So we are avioding ALL peanut, wheat/gluten, all dairy and egg and garlic and blueberries.
It's been difficult to find wheat free products that are also peanut free - and I am not going to relax my peanut comfort zone at this time.
I have gotten great help from April and others on my local allergy group so I'll be heading to PCC and Whole Foods today. It's just such a bummer when you find something that looks good and then you call and it's made in a facility with peanuts.
And....yesterday while returning some of these Arrowhead Mills producst -what is the customer service guy eating as he walks up to the register.....a reeces.
I know we are lucky though...we can eat any meat and all veggies and most fruits.

There isn't any dairy in CHerrybrook Farms. Check out the box for yourself- it says so . It was the only cake mix we ever used for my ds when he was allergic to gluten, dairy, egg and pn. He never had a reaction to them. They also have brownies, cookies and frosting mixes as well. They are pricey, but great to have in a pinch.

Namaste. Both to you....as I am sure that you are correct....and Namaste the brand!
I passed on the Cherrybrook farms for now b/c I don't really need to bake a cake. But I got many Namaste brand mixes that look great! Also lots of rice cereal, corn cereal, buckwheat, quinoa, etc.
Anyone want a case of Mac n cheese and 20lbs of cheese sticks and some pnut free Quacker granola bars, and...
