My son is 3 year old. He is allergic to Peanuts and has been having eczema since he was 6 months old. We started taking him to a homeopathy doctor as one of our friends recommended. She advised on taking a blood test and we did. Blood results show that he is allergic to peanuts and soy. As a treatment option, our doctor is recommending 'Organic Peanut' as a remedy. 5 tabs every 3 weeks and do 3 times.
Has anyone tried this product before? Is it even safe to give this to my son?

Before administering a product containing an allergen - even in the doses present in homeopathic remedies - I would suggest consulting with an allergist, especially if the blood work were positive. Recent studies have shown that the blood work alone may not be conclusive. The best doctors look at the more than one test and the trends shown by repeated tests. Furthermore, the study about introducing peanuts early, was done with children who had shown no early indicators.
Positive blood antibody levels are a good place to start.
My daughter's chronic eczema was significantly reduced with the help of a naturopathic physician who combined homeopathic remedies (containing none of her allergens or sensitivities) and specific vitamin supplements. She also did an exhaustive medical case history that included lifestyle, eating habits and medical records.
