Are you talking about Las Vegas or Disney World? If Disney, I called the priority seating # on Friday night (spoke with Darwin) and was told to alert them of the allergy when I book priority seating (90 days before visit) and that will alert the restaurant management. I was told we would be escorted throughout the restaurant and explained what foods will be safe and what foods to avoid. He also said they will avoid offering nut based items that day if at all possible.

Mama Melrose is a great family Italian restaurant in MGM - kind of far back in the park. We dined there on our last Disney visit and will also be there for dinner in May. We are also dining at the Brown Derby in MGM. When you make your priority seatings, they will note the allergy and they will give you a number to call 2 weeks in advance. You will speak directly to the chef (the Chef at Mama Melrose logs it in a book while you are speaking). You can view all the menu choices on www.wdwig.com - have a great time- Disney is fantastic with Peanut/Nut allergies.
