My daughters and I were watching Zoom the other day. They had a cooking segment on where they were making "fun foods" with PB. They made a carousel, a mouse, and some other animal out of fruit, with PB to hold it together. We brainstormed for ideas to use instead of PB, since it seems that we are often limited with many kids' recipes. This is what we came up with: cream cheese, frosting, marshmallow cream, caramel apple dip, or Cheese Whiz. Just wanted to pass the ideas along. I can't remember the specifics of the recipes, but if anyone is interested, they are at pbskids.org. Click on Zoom.
