There are so many new heartfelt letters on this fourm that are impossible to read because people are not using paragraphs.

Even if the paragraph break makes no sense please just break up your long posts with spaces.

I find it impossible to read a long post that is nothing but words filling the screen.

With paragraphs it is easier to scan a letter and decide if I want to read the whole thing and respond or ignore it.

And how about a few capital letters once in awhile? I understand we are not all typists but it is impossible to get the meaning of a post without capitals and paragraphs.

I'd like to see more use of bold and italics and other ~*embellishments*~. Love cre@tive writing.
and oooOOOooooOOOOooooOOOooo............
I don't mind BIG words at all...........
Particularly like little blips here and there about what is going on behind the words (see what I mean?)
Dark humor and wit dotted with sarcasm intrigues me. (must be the Nurse in me) Don't mind persons spiking their thoughts with polical bends either. (see: Bush Thread, Off Topic). As a matter of fact, I find it invigorating. Of course, I understand some don't have the stomach for it. It's a personal preference.
I'm a sucker for links

(especially if they work.........)
and of course,
I welcome signature styles
General Disclaimer: I do not guarantee the accuracy, content, or currentness of the link in this post. But, hey, I gave *me* a good laugh.

I was being serious, if people need help they need to be legible.

Peg541, when I was a new member (and I have told this story a few times), I didn't know to paragraph. I was very kindly told by BENSMOM that although she enjoyed reading my posts or wanted to read my posts, she found it very difficult because I didn't paragraph.
If she hadn't mentioned it to me, and so nicely, who knows what would have happened to my posts? Gone unread (even my long now paragraphed ones I'm sure a lot of people ignore )?
Great post, Peg541!
Best wishes!

So. Was. I.
Any reason why you think I wasn't?

*I've* found humor and a few deep breaths to be of efficacy. I mean, it really helped me.
I mean, we've all got something to share, don't we?

Peg, I agree. I also have a difficult time reading posts that ARE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

Everyone has good points! Yes, paragraphs are easier to read. Embellishments can make things more fun and more interesting! All caps are too ####### the eyes.
