Just found out on the 1st day of preschool that there is another pa boy in the class. His mother didn't address the parents or even let the school know until the 1st day. He brought epi & asthma meds & kept them in the classroom. This mom seemed to take it seriously, but from my point of view operates way out of my comfort zone. It turns out her ds, 3, is her oldest child. My pa ds is my youngest. I was wondering if you're pa child's birth order affects your comfort zone. My house is completely nut free. I couldn't have it any other way. This mom still keeps some nut products in the house, but out of her ds's reach. For me, w/ 2 older sibs bringing home backpacks, other friends, etc., I just would never feel comfortable having anything in the house that might be a problem. What do you think?
