My 11 yr old son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies: corn, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. We were also advised to stay away from fish and shellfish due to GI reactions. He was also just diagnosed with a disease called EoE or eosinophilic esophagitis. He also has several other GI issues, acid reflux and constipation. Does anyone here have any experience with these. Any help I could get would be appreciated. Thanks.
