All about a chef who uses unusual ingredients. The article says he warns, though, when he adds peanuts/peanut butter. The story on the air said something like, of course, peanuts can't be a secret ingredient because of the peanut-allergic.

Grr. That bugs me... Sure the peanuts are covered, but *I* (not my children) am allergic to anchovies. If anchovies is a secret ingredient, I'm dead...
My son is also allergic to chickpeas. Would they warn if they use chickpeas as a secret ingredient ?
This whole secret thing is just a little timebomb
