Edited to add: I am doing a workshop for my Girl Scout service unit for Food Allergy Awareness Week. Teachers and such invited, also. I don't know how much of a turn out I'll get and it's my first time doing this on a public scale, but I thought y'all may be interested.

Oh my---One of my friends had to have emergency surgery. The good news is that she is going to be fine. It was a scare though. When would you all like to meet? School is just about out so I am game. Chat back and let me know. We must meet!!
My father in law passed away this past week, so I'm behind a little.
You all let me know when it's a good time. After next week, we should be back to normal. I'm pretty flexible with only 1 child, so I don't have many conflicts.I would feel better if someone else planned the date and time.
Lil Man's Mom--- That's a great idea with the scouts thing. I know there's a patch you can earn for food allergies.

O.k., I'm going to do everything possible not to let this thread die until we get something together! LOL!
We've been to the allergist and he even suggested that it would be good for me and others to get a group together in our area.
So, I just need to know if you all are still reading this and I'll be glad to set a date, time and place. We have to start somewhere.
