We recently received this in an e mail and I thought that by posting it and discussing it, that it would help others who are in similar situations.

Hi,
My daughter has a severe peanut allergic child in her preschool. I am due to bring snack and am making
blueberry muffins and corn muffins. Can I use butter flavored cooking spray (Pam) to prepare these? Is olive oil
ok? How about soy beans and their byproducts?
