no wheat or yeast bread recipes?

pI am posting this for a friend. I told her what wonderful people you all are and that I was sure someone here would come up with something for her!/p

wheat. My aunt has been put on a particular diet and she cant havebr /
those two ingredients. She comes out in these huge welts and swells up./p

Please check out King Arthur Flour company. They are very gluten aware and have recipes they publish in each catalogue. Perhaps they have a central site for recipes as well. Good luck!

I don't know of any recipes (that work to produce anything resembling actual bread bread) but I do know of a couple of suppliers for gluten-free breads:
Ener-G Foods (yellow and orange label- I think that their Rice loaf is yeast free)
Food For Life, Inc. (don't know if they are yeast free)
Obviously, they are also pn, egg, and soy free for us!
I have pretty good luck finding both brands at local food co-ops.
