In Canada their is a spread called Peabutter. It was on the news yesterday. I bought it today. It tastes, smells, texture and packaged like peanut butter. Their web site is www.peabutter.ca

Do they ship to the US? Also, do they offer a sample size?

Perhaps for a PA adult this product would be okay to have, but for a PA child eating this product may confuse if they were ever around Peanut Butter and thought it was Peabutter. Also, if a child brought Peabutter to school to eat other children may think it was Peanut Butter. I don't feel comfortable in having this product in my home.

Codyman......that's exactly what my mother said. I agree, and I did make my child aware of this issue also. He doesn't want to eat it. It spooks him.......and I am kind of glad because I never want him to let his guard down. It was mainly for me, and I eat it when he isn't around.

That's a good idea, something safe for you to eat.
I keep a jar of peanut butter at work, although haven't eaten any of it for the past 5 weeks. I only like it once in awhile.

I do buy it. I love it. And even the people in my family not allergic peanuts like it.
They have some great recipes on their website too.

My DH and PA DD don't like peabutter. My PA DS wanted to try it and in less than a minute had a reaction to it.
