NJ - what is the legislation about helping school districts create FA policies?

Does anyone in NJ have a link or something useful with regard to a bill that created a program for school districts to create food allergy policies? I believe this was 2 or 3 years ago. Maybe it is a federal bill, that's why I can't find it?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it; it's the same bill mentioned in an August thread. I just read the entire text; it should be voted on on September again.
