Hi, my name is Kim. I just found out that my 13 month old son has a PA. He had a pretty severe reaction, as we were told by the doctors in the emergency room. We have seen an allergist and he is also allergic to egg whites. I have to admit, I'm feeling so overwhelmed. I never realized how scary this can be. I'm also trying to deal with my husband who doesn't seem to want to take this very seriously. He realizes that our son has a PA, but just says, well we just have to keep him away from peanuts, he will be fine. He's telling me that I'm overreacting. Is there anyone else who is having these issues, and if so, what can I do? Thanks, Kim
