Hello, I have been reading the boards for awhile, but have been dealing with PA for about a year. The boards have been super help for us! As, we live in a very rural area with very few people understanding of PA, it helps to have this support. If there's anyone out there living in the N.Mississippi area with PA, I would love to hear from you! However, it's great to be able to talk with all of you, regardless of region. Thanks so much!

Yes, Welcome! I, too, find it so useful to have a community right at my fingertips who really understands what we're all going through.
Of course, we all don't agree on everything. But heck - at least we are starting with a mutual ground of understanding.
Take care, and keep on posting!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I didn't give alot of info in my first post (you can tell I'm new to this). My son Jacob is 3 and he's the one with the PA. I plan on posting more, as I do have concerns and questions. Thanks Again!

Hi Tina,
My wife and I are relatively new to the boards. We have come here from time to time seeking information and comfort. We just started posting this week.
We to live in a rural area in the north Georgia mountains. It's been hard educating people around here as to the severity of our sons allergy. You know the same old thing, people don't see how an allergy can be deadly.
We have been fortunate that we live only about 30 miles from Chattanooga Tn. and there is a support group there.
Sorry I got a little long winded. Welcome and post often.
Brian
