I found them at Bell Pastry and Delicatessen in the Bell building at 160 Elgin St in Ottawa - but only the 2 bar size (two bars in one package).
Unfortunately they have eggs so they are still off limits for us ..

Found them today at our local Pharma-Plus.
Pointed them out to DD, re: box/package size and label logo. She picked one up, added it to the pile of purchases.
When we got out to the car, she took her treat, and then said "I can't eat this, it says 'may contain'!" . I thought 'no way'.
I took it from her and looked at the label - no peanut-free logo.
I took it back inside and checked the box again, then realized that they must have put the last few old stock on the top of the new box - the bars underneath were peanut-free.
All I did was explain to the clerk why I needed to exchange the bars - should have pointed out to her, I guess, that their shelf-stocking needed some work.

They are available as single bars as well. I checked for the peanut free symbol THREE times.

Hi Katiee
Pharmaplus in Baarhaven has them (the one on greenbank) in case you are out that way at all! No luck with Shoppers around here though.

Hadn't seen this thread so my eyes weren't open for the product. We go into No Frills tonight and Jesse passed by the chocolate bars in four packs. Anyway, I'm down the aisle and he says, "Mama, come here quick, you have to see this". I could see from where I was that it was Mars bars and who knows what else and I thought, why do I have to go there?
Well.....
So, my 10 year old son got to try his first Mars bar tonight and I just had my first one in 10 years and his sister just got to try her first one as well.
Wonderful "peanut free" logo on the wrapper as well as the warning:-
Gotta love it.
Best wishes!
If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I would walk up to heaven and bring you back home with me.

HI gvmom,
I think once they clear the current stock and order new product, it will be peanut-free. I am noticing these peanut-free Mars bars everywhere!!!
Also, note that Mars makes a bar called BOUNTY that is peanut-free too (although it does contain coconut)
You could try www.canadiansweets.com too
Note: FYI for Americans, a Canadian Mars bar is the same thing as an American Milky Way bar
