When they considered bringing nuts into the plant they were swamped with letters, e-mails, and calls. In my letter I suggested they expand sales of peanut-free products to the US. (I am Canadian and used snail-mail) We won the first battle with them, i.e. keeping plants p/n-free. Think being swamped with mail from Americans might help them to decide to expand there?

Hi TriciaGA,
I have raised a thread in the Main Discussion Board called "You can order nut-free Canadian chocolate from the USA!! (ie: Smarties, etc)" which gives info about web sites that will ship Nestle Canada chocolate to you.
Aero, Coffee Crisp, Smarties, Kit Kat and Mirage are the bars made in the nut-free facility. Only one of these bars (Coffee Crisp) is actually distributed to retail stores in the USA.
They can all be ordered from the web site. Check out the topic "You can order nut-free Canadian chocolate from the USA!! (ie: Smarties, etc)" in the Main Discussion Board.
