We used to be soy,egg and wheat free and we're still pn, tn, and milk free (along with fish/shellfish).
I hope these help, but I'm not sure about the chicken broth.
Last night, I pounded and then rubbed chicken breasts with fresh basil and rosemary, crushed garlic, onion powder and pepper. I let it marinate with a cup or so of chicken broth for about 30 minutes. I sauteed them in olive oil and then added in about 3-4 cups of chicken broth (which I stirred flour/cornstarch into to thicken) and white wine. I covered and let it simmer for about 6-7 minutes and served over brown rice.
Try making your own pasta sauces (which are really easy) and adding in different seasonings/meats/fish/shellfish. I lived in Italy for 4 years, so I have some awesome pasta sauce recipes.
Roasts taste delicious cooked in a crockpot with beef broth, red wine and herbs.
I sympathize with feeling stuck in a rut. I miss casseroles cooked with cheese and/or sour cream. It's a different way of cooking now, but it can be delicious too.

Thanks Anne! I appreciate all the different ideas.
I also did get the cookbook whole foods cookbook and it is so exciting to be able to read the recipes and know that I could make any of them that I want to! I love cookbooks, but I get depressed because something will sound so good and then I know I can't make it.
I went grocery shopping this morning and we have a whole new menu for next week. I'm excited about trying all the new things. Thank you all!
