I wrote Flowers Foods to ask them about Nature's Own whole wheat bread. Below is the reply I received.
Our bakeries that produce the Natures. Own Whole Wheat breads do not have peanut, tree nut, egg or seafood ingredients in the plant.
There is no chance of cross contamination with any of these ingredients. All ingredients are listed.

We also use the Nature's Own Honey Wheat bread and received a similar response upon inquiry. It does contain soy flour though.

Thanks! I've been hoping to find a safe wheat bread. I sure hope my local market has it. I'll probably try both the wheat and honey wheat.
