He told me this morning " mom, tomorrow I'm having a donut" I said "you are?" then he says" yes, because I prayed that God would get me a donut that had nothing that I'm allergic to"

Oh, I need that kind of faith. So, I guess, mom's making donuts tomorrow Watch then he'll start praying for new bike, toys, etc. etc. LOL

Almost made me cry, oh, how I pray he didn't have these %^&$%^### allergies.

Have a great day everyone
Linda

Can he also pray that donuts are lo-cal??

Linda,
Sounds like you have quite the adorable little boy! I'm with MomtoMitchell, send me a delicious low-cal donut any day.
Hope your donuts turn out yummy and keep us posted on any new prayers...

I am going to make the dough in the bread maker & then deep fry, then ice with homemade icing & sprinkles. I'm sure they will be better than any of the shops around I told him I would make donuts tomorrow & he said "good I'll get two then cause God's making me one" lol
Best nut free/dairy free donuts around!!!!
"Linda's shop of baking horrors!!!"
Have a good weekend everyone

I have heard that Krispy Kreme donuts (overly sweetened gems that they are) are entirely nut free.

First, we purchased a peanut-free doughnut (individually-wrapped) on the internet. It was OK. We found it on one of the wonderful internet sites for allergic people, possibly glutenfreemall.com
Second, I've also heard that Krispe Creme are peanut free. BUT, that's if you get them from the factory. The doughnuts in the stores (we checked with the company) are peanut free, but we do not let our child eat them since there is the possibility of contamination in the store from peanut-containing doughnuts, bins, utensil, hands, etc.
