I'm glad they finally made comment. What strikes me obnoxious is that the statement they made could have be made earlier, more timely with regard to when the original thing happened. It is so after the fact, that I think it is close to useless.
And, the statement they made, while good, surely would have had no bearing on any pending lawsuit like they suggested.
All in all though, at least they finally did something.

I finally saw the clip a couple of weeks ago. It was awful. I am glad FAAN responded.

I LOVE FAAN's response!!! I think they were right-on. I'm actually surprised at how direct the wording was, not as polically correct as I thought it might be.

A strong statement from FAAN. Good!
I only hope that this finally gets Susan Filan's attention, since our individual letters appear to have fallen on deaf ears.
I continue to be concerned that her false information will endanger someone out there who has a milk allergy.
We knew she was speaking total **** , but many folks who don't know about food allergies would have believed her. Very frightening.
