We have always considered Rolos a safe chocolate snack. However, we went to the movie theatre today and bought mini Rolos. New allergy statement...now manufactured on same equipment as peanuts.

Has anyone else seen this?? I was so relieved I read the label (just in case) and shocked that the labeling had changed.

We've bought mini rolos in the bags that look like kit kat bites and they had no warning on them. DD ate a couple but they ended up all melting together and I threw them out.

Mini-Rolos have been safe in the past...perhaps it depends where you purchase them?? We have had them before and there was never a warning on them.
We have had Kit Kat bites and they were safe.
I guess this teaches us to read the label EVERY time.

Funny how regular sized Kit Kats are not safe but the Kit Kat bites are.
But regular sized Rolos are safe but the mini Rolos are not.
Can they make it any more confusing?
I personally think that Hershey should be able to find a way to make regular Kit Kats safe.

In our experience here the "mini" of almost any candy is usually not safe. They seem to be made in different facilities. There are so few candies my son comfortably eats. Who needs candy at 21 anyway. But while he was in Scotland this year he found tons of candy he could eat and had a ball doing so. He
brought tons home and now it's gone.
