phi there my name is elena and both my boys have pa a few months ago my son had a reaction in mcdonalds after eating hot cakes he started to vomit right away scared me to death it turns out he did not need the epipen but he did need the nebulizer and benadryl. my question is has any one out ther with a pa had a reaction in mcdonalds ? ever since that reaction i have stoped eating out at fast food resturants . i also took mcdonalds food nutrition guide and i found that alot of thier items including hot cake suryp contains a vegtable source it dose not tell you what kind of veg source i have been trying to find out about this mcdonalds says that it is private infomation and that if it contained nuts it would be listed . my son only vomits when he has eaten peanuts so im wondering if any one else has had a reaction ?/p
