This is a heartfelt article that appeared in yesterday's Boston Sunday Globe on page D10. It is a letter to the editor from a 10 year old boy about how much he appreciates his school nurse and how he doesn't want to go to school if Mitt Romney cuts the nurse from the budget. Please write to your senator and ask him/her not to agree with this cut.

In general, I support most (not all) of what Gov. Romney is trying to do. I realize cuts have to be made to the budget, but I do NOT understand this one. Most towns can not handle this cost alone. A charity I work with relies upon school nurses to spot children in need. I won't even mention the obvious effects with PA. I will be calling and writing my legislators!
