Are there any peanut free dog treats that you feel safe using? Have purchased a couple of different brands and had to return them because they were made on shared equipment with peanut products. What about dog food? Are there any brands of dog food that are peanut free?

We use Diamond Brand Dog Food. They are wheat, corn, and soy free and there are no nuts listed on the ingredients. Of course, our dog has food allergies too! We buy it at Tractor Supply and it is reasonably priced.

We have a cat and recently added a puppy to our family. My son is peanut / tree nut allergic. I have called Purina brands in regards to cat and dog food and both times they have claimed that they do not have any nuts in any of their products or facilities. We stick to Purina brand and have had no issues. I feel there are not many options for dog treats with Purina, but our puppy doesn't seem to mind, she loves them! I also contacted Nylabone and they also claimed to not have peanuts in any of their products or facilities even their "peanut" flavored bones. I have stuck to just a "chicken" flavored one and my son has been fine with it as well (touching the bone when playing). Have not called but have heard hat Milkbone is NOT safe so we avoid them. Hope this helps!
