Is there such a thing as a dairy free mac and cheese??

Road's End Organics makes something called chreese. They have mac & chreese, penne & chreese, nacho chreese, etc. It's nutritional yeast based.
You can also get the Uncheese Cookbook and find recipes for mock mac & cheese.

My mom uses Vegan Gourmet soy cheese (dairy free) which melts. You can melt the cheese and add a little soymilk to make a cheese sauce to put on your pasta.
