Looking for help with a Bill for Managing Food Allergies in the School

I am in the very beginning stages and now just looking at MA, CT, VT, etc. to see what our neighbors are doing to address a statwide response in schools in managing food allergies. NH varies greatly depending not only on your district, but your school. I would love some other advocates to help get this started. I'm not even sure where to begin but I plan to quickly find out.
