This is just an idea but we have all spent alot of time ranting over how PA effects us and our PA children, that we haven't spent time sharing who are children are besides being PA. this could be a thread to boast about our kids not mentioning PA at all.
After all we all agree they are all just normal kids who all do wonderful things everday. Maybe we could share these things to give us a break from PA? Let me know what you think!

I will be the first to reply. I think this is a great idea and agree with you all the way.
Austin is 8, he is the tallest in his class with blonde hair and green eyes, he's in second grade and is an excellent student! He is awesome in math and is also a great reader, he is a very active kid and likes to ride his bike to his friends after school, swims and play hoops with dad ,plays video games and his dream is to someday design his own and has been working on one for about 6 months now. He has a 17 month old brother and 4 1/2 year old sister, we like to travel in our motorhome whenever we get the chance.

I think it is a GREAT IDEA!!!! being that I don't have kids myself....I have 10 nieces and nephews from age "newborn" to eight!
There are three of them that are at the 2 and 1/2 almost 3 stage, and they are actively playing with their imagination. In fact, I was invited to a tea party with blues clues, magenta, barbie, prince phillip and cinderella...just the other day!!!
=) They are adorable!!! (and 6 of them are PA)!!!! =)

Thanks for asking this - I think this strand might be particularly comforting for newcomers. When I first learned my son had pa, I wondered about others.
My son Alan is almost 6 years old and has started kindergarten. He likes to talk a lot at school and sometimes gets into trouble for it (boy, oh boy is this familiar!!!). He loves books and art and exploring (for bugs usually). He loves snuggling (I don't know how much longer this will last, but it sure has been nice, and I'm appreciative of his sweetness and tendency to love).
He is also feisty and determined to figure out how to do things on his own. He loves ice skating.
But what I love about him the best is that he is totally goofy! His silliness lights up my days and gives me energy
Feels kinda funny to brag, but you did ask! Hope this is what you had in mind.

Finally I've not started a fight! LOL
I have 2 children Amber is 5(oct.23)
she has long light brown hair, loves barbie, the computer, and hr pet cat "Patches". She is now a Senoir Kindergatner, even though times she acts as if shes 10 or 12.Does the acting older happen earlier these days or is it just me.
LOL
Katie is 2(jul.25) she has blonde hair and big blue eyes, what she loves best is bugging her sister.LOL She loves the cat too but I can't say the feeling is mutual between the 2 of them!
Amber is my delicate little lady and Katie is my rough & tough little boy my husband didn't get.
Yeah this is alot better than fighting!! Lets keep it up!
Thanks Jen

What parent would pass up the opportunity to brag about their children?? LOL! How fun! Evan (AKA. . .Evander, Ev-Head, E, Evan Bravo, and Booger)is 3 1/2 and has curly blonde hair and BIG brown eyes. He has a little brother, Owen, who is 17 mos.
He is wise beyond his years. . .he surprises me everyday with some of the things he comes up with. He has been an avid computer user since he was 2. The other day I caught him signing onto the internet to get on the Star Wars website. He started reading right before he turned 3 and can do simple addition and subtraction. (I know we're not supposed to talk about PA, but PEANUT was one of the first words he learned how to spell!!)
He loves to play soccer and is in gymnastics. He also started preschool this fall. He loves it TOO much. Everyday when I go to pick him up, he screams "Oh no, there she is!" and hides from me! I have to literally DRAG him out of there. Does anyone have any experience in this department? Any help would be appreciated!!
I know that everyone of us on this board love their children more than anything else in the world and we only want what is best for them--why else would we be on here? I just hope that we can all just calm down and stop judging one another. I have learned so much from this website and all of this hostility is not good for anyone. So take care and give your little ones an extra big hug tonight--I already did! Deanna

Matt will be 2 at the end of Dec. He's got beautiful red-blond curls (that are growing out. *sniff*), deep blue eyes, and a smile that'll melt your heart! He doesn't talk much, but when he does he wants to be heard! lol He has a habit of doubling up favorite words. i.e. "dog-dog" "bug-bug" "ba-ba" (ball)
His favorite things have always been and still are: BUGS! he had a pet bug awhile back. Carried the sucker around for about 3 days in a shoebox before he let him go. He also likes balls, balloons, dogs, and the color yellow. He loves playing with his big sister, Meagan, who is 2.5yo. Their favorite things to do together are peek-a-boo, chase, play with dolls, and annoy Mommy! LOL
One of MY favorite things he does is make faces. I don't think he does this intentionally to get laughs, but he makes the cutest/funniest faces!! =) The best is his "6 foot under" face. He'll lower his head, raise his eyes, pucker his forehead and mouth, and just glare at you! I can't keep from laughing! LOL

Well, I know it's supposed to be about PA kids and Eva isn't, but I hope you don't mind me posting here.
Eva is 6 since August and is in her second year of primary school. She loves it (complete opposite to me!). She has light brown hair and blue eyes. She loves dancing and is big into Brittney (whose name I can't spell!) and all the other boy and girl groups over here, especially Boyzone (don't know if you know of them or not). She's going to their concert with her aunt soon and is so looking forward to it (and I am so grateful its not me who has to take her ).
She loves Buffy too (they show it over here on about 3 different channels, and one of them edits out most of the gore so that's the one she watches) and shes dressing up as a vampire for Halloween.
She is a very sarcastic child, in a good humoured way, and can make you feel about 2 inches tall with some of the things she comes out with!
Well, I better stop myself now before I go on too long - theres no stopping us proud parents, is there!!
Fed Up! Thank you for starting this thread, it's a really wonderful idea.
Gwen

Hi,What a great idea a chance to talk about our kids. Well we have 3 children. Naturally Christopher who is 14 and Jennifer who is 9 and Stephen is 2. Christopher is my easy going whatever you say mom. Jennifer is the one to push until she gets her way. Stephen a typical 2year old. tantrums one minute and happy the next. Chris loves football, and the chance to be outdoors with the kids and has a few friends he chooses to play with once in a blue moon. He is 6foot and Blonde hair and blue eyes. He doesn't do a lot but does enjoy life a lot and is very happy. He likes driving his sister crazy when she is having a know it all day. Jennifer loves soccer basketball, and softball she is in drama club, girl scouts, and anything she can join she will. Chris is still to shy to join to many things. Stephen looks just like a minature Chris. Well better stop now. It sounds as if you all have wonderful kids to enjoy also. What a fun post this was. Thank you for starting this. I will be back to this one. Claire

Fedup, this is a great idea. It's nice to be able to brag about our kids. My PA son is 2 1/2 years old, so there's not too much to say about him, but I'll try. He's a cutie with blond curly hair, big blue eyes, and an imagination that has just begun to take off. It's so much fun watching him play and learn things every day. His favorite thing to do is "play" with his 7 month old sister Kelly. She's a cutie too, even if she doesn't have any hair yet! Hope everyone has a great day.

My son is 8 years old, has a great sense of humor and is one of those kids who just radiates happiness! He is a joy to be around. He loves to play soccer, baseball, bike ride, and run as fast as he can!
