How safe are the brand name Wonderful Pistachios, processed and packaged by Paramount Farms?

On 7/9/2018 I received this info in an email from the company:

“We exclusively grow and market almonds and pistachios. They are processed in separate buildings and the two nut varieties never share the same lines or machinery.

At no time do we process peanuts or use any peanut-based products so, our facilities are 100% peanut-free.”

I then requested that they add this info to their next label printing batch. I thought I would share this with the Peanutallergy.org community. I am thankful for those of you who share what you learn with me!

Thank you for sharing! :)
I called Wonderful Pistachios this week and got the same answer. My son is PA and TNA (almonds). I am inclined to try this brand since they are sold at my local costco. Would love to hear if anyone here has had good experiences with this brand.

We used their products for my daughters almond and pistachio challenges two years ago. A WONDERFUL company.
